Pricing

The daily tariff includes the following:

A full, satisfying farm breakfast with a choice of cereals and yoghurt plus fried eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese, toast or baked breads, fruit, fruit juice and plenty of coffee or tea.
Tea and coffee making ingredients and facilities in the cottages.
Bed linen and towels.
Servicing to the extent of making up beds, sweeping the cottage, clearing the fireplace, washing the bath and exchanging wet towels as required.
A reasonable daily supply of firewood in the cottages. Additional wood will be supplied at nominal cost.
Fishing on the dam with your proper flyfishing tackle. We do allow catch-and–release for experienced anglers. Landed trout will be charged for at the current rate. We do not charge rod fees.
If guests do make use of our tackle, if available, we do not charge. Any flies used are supplied at cost.
Special personal touches and attention to detail.

 We really wish to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable, comfortable and relaxing stay and to this aim we also offer the following:

Hearty, home-cooked meals-of-the-day at reasonable prices, should you prefer to remain in the environs of Windy Tarn.

 We do not have credit card facilities, and request payment upon booking. Any extras you may have enjoyed may be paid at the end of your stay.

 Tariffs from 1 March 2008 are: One night stay: R490.00 per person. Two or more night stay: R430.00 per person per night sharing, R490.00 per person per night for single occupation. Minimum booking per cottage R980.00, long weekends minimum three night stay.

 Because of our guest profile and the tranquillity of our surroundings we do not allow children under 18 years of age. No pets are permitted.
