farm is 83ha, being narrow and some 1.8km long; it includes lovely grass-
and wetlands and there are enjoyable walks and wonderful vistas.

trout dam (the tarn) is stocked with healthy trout and because we cater for a limited number of guests the dam is never
crowded.

luxury waterside cottages are open-plan, each with a Jetmaster fireplace, a
lounge area and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator which doubles
as a mini-bar. Each
has a modern well-fitted bathroom en-suite, with shower and bath.

cottages sleep two, but one of them can easily allow for an additional
guest.

of the cottages is especially accessible for wheelchairs.

cottage has a mini-safe, and a radio.

appointed bar with DSTV, a pool table, a reading nook and the dining area,
which has a stunning view over the surrounding valleys, dams and mountains.
To while away misty afternoons or frosty evenings, we have board games,
playing cards and darts.
